and arbitration matters. Representative matters
include representing Coca Cola in trademark
infringement litigation, IBM in commercial
litigation against a local Korean company, Chevron
in a patent infringement case, Dow Chemical in Agent
Orange litigation, Deutsche Bank in tax litigation
before the Korean Supreme Court, Merck Sharp & Dohme
in Korean fair trade litigation, and foreign
insurance companies in litigating fraudulent claims
in Korea, as well as numerous labor disputes
involving multinationals. Mr. Hwang was also involved
in the creation of Korea's Monopoly Regulation and
